The resort charges $27 per night resort fee on hotel rooms and 7.5% per night on condos.
Included in the charge is access to Aria Spa & Club, our extensive sports, fitness and health facility, shuttle service to Lionshead and Vail Villages, in room coffee and tea service, local telephone access and credit card and 800 access calls made from the guestroom, incoming faxes and in- room high speed internet access.

**Should you choose to travel with your dog that is under 50 pounds, we would be more than happy to accommodate you in one of our pet friendly preferred rooms for a nominal fee of $25 per night. Your dog will need to be declared at check-in, and a pet waiver will need to be signed at the time of check-in. Pets can't be accommodated in our condominium units.**

Parking charges are $25 for valet and $18 for self parking. Parking is complimentary when the ski mountain in closed.
Full Payment is non refundable at booking. Maximum guests per room is 4 and there is an additional charge of $25 per adult over 2 adults in one room.

Directions - From DIA - Take I-70 West. Exit 176 (main Vail). At end of ramp, enter roundabout and go to the left under the Interstate. Enter the 2nd roundabout and turn right onto South Frontage Road (toward Lionshead). The resort is approximately 1.5 miles on the left.
From Eagle County Airport - Take I-70 East for approximately 40 minutes. Exit 173 (West Vail). Enter roundabout and follow signs to South Frontage Road/Vail Village/Lionshead. The resort is located one mile on the right.
