Beaver Creek West Condominiums features 3 spa tubs, an outdoor heated pool, and a sauna. On-site parking and high-speed wired & wireless Internet access is complimentary. Guestrooms offer fully furnished living room & kitchen, firelace, washer/dryer, balcony, barbecue grills, satellite TV, DVD/VCR, and phone. Cribs (pak-n-plays) and rollaway beds are also available. All guestrooms are non-smoking. Rooms are accessible via exterior corridors. Departure housekeeping is provided. Event facilities include conference/meeting room measuring 840 square feet. A complimentary skier shuttle to the Avon Riverfront Gondola and Vail/Lionshead (Thursday & Friday only) is available for guests. This Avon condominium resort also offers a concierge desk, tour/ticket/rental assistance. Cancellation/Refund Policy - The greater of 10% or $150.00 deposit due at time of booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If cancellation notice is received outside of 30 days prior to arrival a refund will be issued less a 10% cancellation penalty. If cancellation notice is received within 30 days of arrival a refund less a 10% cancellation penalty will only be issued if unit is re-rented by the property.
Directions - From the Denver International Airport
Take I-70 west to the Avon Exit #167. Proceed left underneath the freeway. Continue south to the traffic circle with the large bronze horses in the center. Turn right onto West Beaver Creek Blvd. Proceed one block to Lake St., turn left. Continue to the first driveway on the right. Proceed down our driveway to the end, turn right. Follow signs to our office located 10 yards ahead on the right.
